Main duties
- Shape and lead our human capital growth agenda, enabling to fulfill our company vision
- Drive our employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, staffing and people development processes along our professional tracks
- Responsible for the execution of all our capability building initiatives
- Be a trusted thought partner to the company leadership in any kind of HR related issue
- Foster an inclusive, people-centric professional development environment
Expected experience
- At least 6 years of related overall experience, including:
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in people management
- At least 3 years of relevant experience within an HR function (may overlap with previous one)
- One of above experiences gained in professional services industry (IT development, consulting, design etc.)
